Join the alpha
First install
- Download the archive above.
- Extract it into a folder (right-click → Extract All).
- In that folder, start Beep Boop Bap.exe.
- Create your account in the game (email, Google or Facebook), then start a match.
After that, the game updates itself every time you start it.

Is the game free?
Yes: it is free to download and free to play.
What does it run on?
64-bit Windows PCs, with an internet connection: it is an online game. Console and mobile are coming later.
Do I need an account?
Yes, and you create it in the game, for free: with your email, Google or Facebook.
Why does Windows warn me?
The game is not signed by a recognised publisher yet, so Windows may show a warning the first time you start it. To make sure the file is ours, compare its SHA-256 checksum with the one on this page (“Check the file”, under the button).
How does it update?
By itself: every time you start it, it checks for a new version and offers to install it. You do not need to come back here unless the game asks you to.
Can I create my own creature?
Not yet: creation opens soon in the game.
Are there bots in the game?
Yes. In Solo, Duo and Trio, when there are not enough players to fill a match, bots can complete it. A bot can even be your teammate, and bots carry no mark in a match. A match with bots earns the same rewards as a match between humans, under the same daily caps: you are never penalised for having played against them. And a bot never leaves a match.
Where did the number of searching players go?
The search screen no longer shows that number. A match can be completed with bots (see the question above).
